The award-winning music supervision and composition company Native is part of parent company the Jungle group. Jungle already had an existing logo and the brief was to design Native's logo to fit in and be sympathetic to that sensibility. Before that more obvious course though, various wilder avenues were explored and rejected, just in case Native wanted to break out more. Ultimately, sitting within the parent groups identity won out. A careful balance to achieve. The 'N' was designed to have the right amount of curve. Initially the 'N' housed imagery, just as Jungle's 'J' did. Later on simplicity took over and block colours were retained.
