Composer Brian Baumbusch needed an identity for the record label he founded to release his groundbreaking album and app, Polytempo Music. The label, Holography, would showcase modern compositions within a VR environment and beyond. Polytempo Music, the first release, can be experienced as an immersive album using a VR headset.
The identity was inspired by the directional arrows used in the VR environment; these arrows intersect to form the letter 'H'. The 'H' can morph size and pull apart into two arrows, which can also serve as container shapes for imagery. The entire branding system is designed to be flexible.
Branding, Logo design. Motion. Guidelines.
